Great house - The house was perfect for our large group. Travel to Disney, Legoland, other attractions and shopping was easy from there.The kitchen was very well stocked, better than my own at home! We were pleased that the floors were tiles and wood - so much cleaner than carpet. We appreciated the privacy hedge around the pool. We were unable to contact the management company about a couple of small things but there was nothing critical. We are a small, family owned property management company that has been in the Orlando hospitality industry since 2008!

We usually vacation in Orlando are and we stay in Condos. This was the first time we rented a house. We were 3 families, a total of 8 people who stayed at the Palm Lake location.

Our party stayed at Santana Palm during March break. The house was fantastic and accommodated our two families perfectly. The place was very clean and there was lots of towels and kitchen supplies.

We stayed at Sunset Palms in March of 2015. We had stayed at a previous SunKissVilla and were VERY impressed, but this stay at Sunset Palms was far less impressive. You can tell this family doesn't take as much care of their house as the family who owned Disney Breezes. The location was great and we loved having a pool, although we wish it would have offered pool heat.

The home was very clean and comfortable, decorated by an interior designer, if I were to take a guess. The garage had pool table and Ping-Pong which the whole family got to enjoy. I would recommend if your going to rent a villa this is the one for you and your family. We just arrived home from a wonderful Florida vacation. We stayed at Paradise Palms and our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Perfect location and close to all Disney parks. We’re so in love with the pool and spa. What a great way to relax after a long day at Disney. We will definitely be coming back our next time in Kissimmee. It was enough room for all 14 people in my family. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and the kids had a ball!!!

We look forward to doing another stay in the near future. Selections of our pool homes are located in private gated communities and feature a community pool and clubhouse. We really enjoyed our stay at White Heron villa! It is very exceptional home to spend quality vacation.

I know me and my family will be returning. ComThe Retreat at Champions Gate - Kissimmee, Florida is a new upscale gated resort community located just 12 miles from Walt Disney World. Our family of 10 had plenty of space to eat, play, hang out and relax. Kids enjoyed the pool, garage and cinema room.

Our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter as well as our other granddaughter and her fiancé thoroughly enjoyed themselves while here using the pool, hot tub etc. Of course the close proximity to S H O P P I N G goes along way as well. It is situated in a nice area and it is well maintained. Thanks to Mark for all his help and his quick responses to our e-mails. We had the time of our lives here in Florida and will definitely be back.

The villa was so great that I can not find any bad review to wright about. It was even better than what the pictures & our expectations were. For sure we will be coming back to the villa especially when Mr. Collin is also the man in charge. Once more we had a great time we thank you for that & hope to stay with you sooner.
